Watzek House

historical preservation/restoration

The Watzek House is architect John Yeon’s masterpiece in the northwest regional style of architecture and Oregon’s only National Landmark Residence.  Built in 1937, the Watzek house retains every original detail.  Greenline has both performed and orchestrated multiple restoration/preservation projects to assist in maintaining this piece of history.  Closely adhering to the Secretary of the Interior Standards for the treatment of historic properties, Greenline approaches the Watzek house like a museum.

Original Build date: 1937
